Lear's storm was his own
his anguish his.
let the wind blow for me!
the turmoil within
should match the turbulence without.
the noise built up in angry flesh
must dissipate electrically
in a flash of current.
May the thunder roll
consuming the scream of contained rage.
Then, let the rain come
gentle at first
then sweetly powerful
cleansing my soul
of this useless venom.
